Chalet Calla is nestled in the embrace of tall trees to provide a maximum relaxing atmosphere with the chirping of birds and the sound of the wind. Set apart from other houses, it offers intimacy and peace for a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, where, along with rich and all the necessary facilities, your carefree vacation is possible.
Living room
A warm, wood-surrounded living room with lots of details allows you to enjoy pleasant moments together and conversations with the fire crackling in the fireplace or watching TV from the large leather sofa.
Bedrooms
After an active day, you need a good night's sleep. That's why we thought of you and provided you with maximum comfort so that you feel at home. Sheets, towels, robes and slippers are available, and for cold winter nights, additional warm blankets.
Bathrooms
The spacious bathroom, pleasant and pastel colors offers everything you need. If you forgot some of the small hygiene items, don't worry, we thought of that too. We believe that you will find what you are missing in the magic basket.
Environment and contents
Are you rested and want to fill your day with activities and don't want to go to another destination? Just go out, we're sure that the facilities of Chalet Calle can allow you to do that too. Bicycles, badminton, bocce, a cozy swing, deckchairs for enjoying the sun, a large hydromassage pool, a real Finnish wood-fired sauna or a small creative magical forest that you can enjoy with children. Just choose and enjoy.

The price list for the Chalet Calla holiday home for the year 2024 applies to stays of up to 8 people.
Price includes:
- accommodation for a maximum of 8 people
- final cleaning
- bed linen, a set of towels and a bathrobe for each guest
- overhead costs
- residence taxes
- optical internet (500 Mbps)
- 2 smart LED televisions, HBO MAX, Netflix, Sky Showtime, IPTV
- DENON sound system around the house and in the tavern, control via Ipad
- welcome pay
- wood for fireplaces in the house
- wood for the sauna
- briquettes for the outdoor Weber grill (not available in the winter season)
- use of bicycles (4 bicycles, except in winter)
- use of the sauna (a real Finnish sauna with a wood stove)
- use of the hydromassage pool (the jacuzzi is heated to 37 degrees throughout the year)
- private parking for 3 vehicles
Check-in: from 16:00 - 22:00
Check-out: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m
Terms of payment and cancellation of reservation:
An advance payment of 30% of the reservation value by bank transfer is mandatory.
In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be returned in full. In all other cases of cancellation and no-show, the advance payment is not returned.
The rest of the reservation is paid into the account a maximum of 3 days before arrival.
Children and extra beds:
A cot with a mattress is available upon prior notice at no additional cost.
Pets: The stay of pets is possible with prior notice and is charged €10 per day.
Other: Mandatory payment of a deposit in the amount of €200, the deposit is left in cash and if there is no damage, it is returned to the guest upon departure.
Smoking in the house is not allowed.
Smoking is allowed outside the house.

Chalet Calla
Najbolje opremljena kuhinja u kojoj smo bili. Sto god bi nam palo na pamet da kuhamo, bilo je izvedivo. Casa, tanjura, vilica... svega vise nego sto smo trebali. Tiho, intimno, odvojeno od ostatka sela, a opet nismo imali osjecaj da smo sami u sumi. Pogled predivan. Drvaza saunu vec pripremljena, voda u jacuzziju cista, dovoljno rucnika, bademantla. Dva hladnjaka sa zamrzivacem pun pogodak. Bicikli sasvim solidni (ne zaboravite otici do Matić poljane) Svaka preporuka! Obavezno posjetiti. Nazalost, mnogi korektni smjestaji nakon ovoga djelovat ce vam nedostatni.

Prema slikama očekivali smo jako lijepi objekt, međutim, prvi put, a putujem puno, da je sve još ljepše nego na slikama. Domaćini su pazili na svaki detalj, od uređenja do osnovnih potrepština, doslovno smo svaki put kad bi se sjetili da smo nešto zaboravili već govorili a sigurno su i na to mislili, i zaista je tako bilo. Kućica je kao iz bajke, savršena je i iznutra i vani. Dočekali su nas sa malom zakuskom i već time smo se osjećale kao kod kuće. Također su nam pripremili i drva za kamin i saunu, tako da nismo morale ništa napraviti osim upaliti vatricu i uživati! Još uz jacuzzi i muziku i lampice za ugođaj.. samo je jedna riječ za dočarati sve to ... savršenstvo!! Uživali smo u svakom trenutku! Bile smo kratko, ali zaista mogu reći da je to bio odmor iz snova! Sigurno ćemo se vratiti! P.S. Mislili su i na naše ljubimce, čak imaju i posudicu za vodu i/ili hranu!

Sve :) Kuća, priroda, parkic za djecu, toliko mjesta za opuštanje (jacuzzi, sauna). Kuca je zaista sjajno opremljena i mogla bih ovdje ostati danima ❤️

The place is beautiful, it is near the road, but still a bit isolated. Everything was clean, it was cosy, the owners prepared a little welcome meal (home made sausages, cheese, and ham) and cookies. Despite the fact that one usually does not come to such places in search for technology, there is also a little to be desired in this department as well... Wi-Fi, sound systems on two "living" floors, 2 TV-s... It was a great weekend... The only downside is that day lasts only for 24 hours...

5 min after we entered the house it felt like home! Hosts were very kind, showing us around and preparing small bites and cookies as a welcome gift. The house is incredibly cosy and charming, full of details that make it interesting. Also, the house is definitely the most equipped rental house we have ever been in. It is very clean both inside and outside, we have particularly appreciated the cleanness of the hot tub. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and are looking forward to visiting again.

This exceeded my expectations. I've stayed at many accommodations around the world, but this was by far the best one yet. From the house, hosts, communication, welcome, weather... everything was just perfect. The house was already decorated so we really got into the Christmas spirit. Every detail in the house is so well thought. The hosts greeted us with shots and charcuterie boards beautifully served over Christmas table. They went out of their way to explain everything to us. Simply, 10 out of 10! Nothing to add. Keep going, lovely people. The guests for sure appreciate it! Thank you for having us! Until next time...

Chalet Calla
This is our third year coming to Gorski Kotar, and this was by far the most equipped house we have stayed in, all in the same price range. The location is great, just of the main road, but very intimate at the same time. Sunger is a gem, with abundant wildlife and plenty of nearby hiking trails. We planned to stay for a week but asked for an additional day as it was difficult to say farewell. We would love to come back.

This place is great! The hosts (Tomi and Jasmina) were incredibly friendly and helpful. This place has everything you'll need and more; beautiful fireplace, fully equiped kitchen, cozy bed(s), hot tub, great sound system.
Jasmina has welcomed us with rakija and a charcuterie plate and explained where everything is.
10/10 would recommend and I hope I get back here soon.

The house is in a remote location but not to far. There is a lot of things to see in the vicinity and if you like to go for a swimm the seaside is close aswell. If you don't want to go anywhere but just chill the house has a jacuzzi and you don't have to go anywhere. You can have the nature and the comfort of the modern life as well. The house is cozy and warm. It has a lot of details that make it feel like you are at home. The owners are also very friendly and warm. We are definitely coming back. If you choose this place for a weekend or for a longer period of time you won't be disappointed and you will have trouble leaving just as we have. I&F
